Little Makeup Revolution Haul
Makeup Revolution is a drugstore brand here in the UK that has become quickly popular for their Concealer (Shape Tape Dupe), their cheap eyeshadow, highlighter and blush palettes and also their foundation. I own the Concealer and personally think it’s incred for £4 although it’s super hard to get hold of.
Makeup Revolution is available in store at Superdrug and also online on Tam Beauty and also Superdrug. They often have deals on which I took advantage of whilst hauling these items.
What I bought.
The first thing I bought was the Makeup Revolution ‘Nudes Collection Gloss Lipstick’ in the shade ‘Bare All’, as you can tell from the name it’s a nude shade. I was intrigued by this as I love gloss opposed to matte lips however I have never seen a gloss so cheap. I wanted to test it to see if it was sticky and how long it would last. It is super affordable for £3 and they had a good shade range.
The next thing I got was a Charlotte Tilbury dupe matte lipstick in the shade ‘Vow’. I thought this would go along side the gloss nicely. It swatched really nicely so I was excited to try this.
Then to make the cost up to £12 I picked up the Brow Tint in the shade ‘Medium Brown’ as I often use the Maybeline alternative to this and thought I would write a blog post comparing them both. This was £5. Make sure you are following for the future post comparing them both.
Due to me spending £12 I got the ‘Strobe Lighting Highlighter Palette’ (Worth £8) for free. This contains three shades, a white pearly shade, a peachy shade and also a pink shade. This is super similar to the Laura Geller Gelato Highlighting Palette and similar high end highlighter palettes.
