TED BAKER ‘TED’S BOUQUET’ SET AND CHRISTMAS IDEAS!

I had seen this being raved about on Twitter because it is currently on offer in Boots for £22.50 instead of £45 so half price! I went to my local Boots yesterday to see if they had any left and thankfully they did, I used my Boots points to buy this by the way (I had £75 worth which is crazy!).

Onto the set….

Now this is p e r f e c t for any beauty lover. It is a great set for someone starting but it is also fab for a general makeup or Ted Baker lover! I love Ted Baker and makeup so it’s a win win situation!

What it includes:

  • A pair of eyelash curlers

These are a gorgeous rose gold colour and I can’t wait to use them, I have been looking for eyelash curlers for the longest time and could never justify spending £18 on a pair of Tweezermen ones so I am relieved at how cheap these were!

  • Lipstick

I have never tried Ted Baker Lipsticks before but I really like this one, the colour is lovely for all times of the year. It glides on the lips beautifully.

  • Tinted Lip Balm in ‘Nude’ and in ‘Red’

I love the consistency of these, the shades are both gorgeous and perfect for Christmas and I’m so excited to wear them!

  • Blush Palette

This palette is gorgeous. I don’t normally wear blush but after swatching it I am super impressed and think I’ll be getting good use out of this!

  • Blush Brush

This is so soft and looks like it’ll give a really nice blush application.

  • Eyeshadow Palette

For someone who has just got back into eyeshadow this is perfect, a great all over colour and crease shade and then a good shimmer.

  • Eyeshadow Blending Brush

This looks amazing for blending and I cannot wait to use it!

  • Eyebrow Pencil

This colour looks good for me so am intrigued to see how it works on my brows.

  • Mascara

Love a good mascara, the wand looks interesting.

  • 2 x Nail Polishes

The colours are stunning and I’m excited to use these.

I also thought I would throw in a few gift ideas for this Christmas for anyone struggling!

Firstly if you know a makeup fanatic then makeup brushes are a safe bet, whether you buy an individual brush or a set I think it would be a well received gift! Real Techniques do gorgeous brushes that are highly raved about also Spectrum Brushes.

Little trinkets or things for your room are always a lovely idea, this little coaster I got off Depop but various places sell like quotes or phrases.

Next would be Body care – body butter or cream, scrubs or shower gel – Boots do plenty of Sets that are perfect for a pamper!

Jewellery is a special present. For my Mum this year my Sister and I have bought a stunning Pandora necklace and I can’t wait to give it to her!

Finally, continuing with the pamper treatments, facemasks, eyebrow or lash treatments are big on the market this year as everybody needs a pamper especially through these cold months

Thank you for reading! Make sure you head to Boots to grab the HALF PRICE Ted Baker Set before it goes!

  2. I tried to hint this to my boyfriend to the point I showed him and was like I really want this for Christmas … didn’t get the hint at all 😂😂😂 thing that put me off buying was I wouldn’t use the nail varnish as I have acrylics and the lip balms. Out of curiosity how pigmented would you say they was? Do they have much if any colour to them?

    1. Oh my goodness my boyfriend is exactly the same 😭😂 the lip balms I’d say are more like lipsticks just rather creamy on the lip. The red is more pigmented than the Nude but both are super wearable x

      1. Oh damn it! I thought they’d be pretty poor if you get me? Like a slight tint 😂
